About Me
After I graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a B.A. in English (Class of 2020!), I struggled to find work. While attending, I focused my studies on creative writing and journalism in hopes of locking down a job as an editor.
The COVID-19 pandemic flipped the world — and job market — upside-down in my graduating year. In response, I decided to give back to a community that had given to me. I am currently serving with Teach For America as an English educator with The School District of Philadelphia.
In between freelance writing and teaching English, I indulge in creative writing to soothe my soul. My current projects consist of a collection of coming-of-age short stories for a young adult audience and a feminist poetry book.
